We often, talk to family and/or friends however sometimes it is better to speak to someone who is not involved. There can be many reasons why it might help to talk You may be feeling depressed or tired of life or experiencing anxiety and stress. Perhaps you have experienced an illness, job loss or other life event.

There may be marital or relationship problems or conflicts in the family. Someone close to you may have died, and you may be finding it hard to manage. You may have suffered abuse; (physical, mental, and/or sexual).

If any of these sounds familiar, or if you just want to talk to someone you can trust in a safe place. Counselling may help, enabling you to explore what is happening in your life and what choice might be available to you. We can help you to find solutions that suit you, without giving advice or direction.

Our approach is humanistic and integrative. This means that we are concerned with your interests and welfare. We will help you to explore your thoughts and feelings and how they are affecting your life. We believe that you know best what is right for you and your own life and will support you in making decisions that are right for you.
